Visitor Survey 2025 Terms and Conditions

Please note – we have postponed the closing date for a week from it’s original closing date of 26 January. The new dates are below:

Closing date: 5pm on Sunday 2 February 2025.

How to enter: Simply complete the free Visitor Survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/BmthSurvey25 or use the QR code below to give your feedback on Bournemouth Town Centre.

The survey can be completed anonymously, however, to be entered into the prize draw to win a gift card, you will need to enter in your contact details at the end of the survey which will be used solely for the purpose of entering you into the draw.

Only surveys completed fully and with all contact details given will be entered into the prize draw.

There are 5 prizes available for the public to win!

Prizes:

• 5 x £50 Digital Bournemouth Town Centre Gift Cards

Entry restrictions: Open to UK residents. 1 entry per survey completed. Limited to 1 survey per person.

Other T&Cs:

• No purchase required.
• 5 public winners chosen at random.
• There is no cash alternative to the prize, and prizes are not transferable.
• The winners will be contacted by Monday 10 February 2025.
• The winners must respond within 1 week (by 12 noon Monday 17 February 2025) to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in a redraw.
• Winners will be contacted via email from info@towncentrebid.co.uk.
• Prizes will be emailed within 7 days of hearing back from the winner.
• The recipient must have Apple Pay or Google Pay to activate.
• Winners will be asked whether they are happy for their names to be used for publicity. Names will only be shared publicly with the winner’s permission.
• Copyright for the entries will remain with the entrant but the entrant licenses the Bournemouth Town Centre BID to use their photographs across the @makeitbmth social media channels.
• Employees of Bournemouth Town Centre BID, their partners and family members are not eligible for prizes
