Town Centre Footfall Up over the Air Festival

We are delighted to announce that footfall in the town centre was 26% up on the year before over the Air Festival, with the Saturday of the Air Festival the second busiest day of the year so far (the busiest was Bourne Free).

This comes at the end of a lovely long, hot summer, which has seen footfall up overall in the town centre by 17%, despite some challenges for Commercial Road since the closure of Marks and Spencer.
