Richmond Gardens returning to Pay On Exit

Fantastic news for town centre retailers – Richmond Gardens Car Park is returning to pay on exit.  At present there is no fixed date for this to go live, but it is hoped that it will be by the end of the month. We will let you know as soon as we have more news.
