A new-look monthly report featuring key data on the town centre is available to levy-payers.

The new Visitor Insights report will outline a range of facts and figures including information on total visits to the town centre, the amount of time people are spending here, places visited, visit frequency, popular visitor days and the catchment area from where visitors are coming.

Chairman of the Town Centre BID, Martin Davies said: “This kind of detail is invaluable, as it helps us to monitor closely changing trends and react to them.

“We know that habits are changing, and town centres need to evolve as people seek new and different experiences when they visit.

Mr Davies added: “The information captured in the monthly reports is a key part of helping understand how we must adapt and respond to the needs of the consumer.”
