Peer2Peer Board – First Meeting

by | Sep 16, 2021 | News

Last week we welcomed those signed up to the first Bournemouth Town Centre BID Peer2Peer Board at AFC Bournemouth. It was a great first meeting, focused around a common passion for boosting trade in Bournemouth town centre, and sharing great ideas and exploring common challenges.

The purpose of the Peer2Peer Board is to help encourage and strengthen business performance within the town centre, and linking businesses with a common thread of being independently owned or having an independent outlook towards the future of trading in Bournemouth.

There are still places available on our Customer Experience Programme, delivered by Insight6 and open to all sectors, to support your business in giving the best possible experience to your customers and clients.

The fully funded programme includes a pre customer visit, mystery in store visit then post communication review, all personalised to your business. After three months there will be an invite to a shared “Learning Lab” forum where anonymised learning points from all the visits will be shared.

This is an exclusive opportunity for Bournemouth Town Centre BID levy payers with limited spaces, fully funded by the Town Centre BID and BCP Council.
