Make It Bournemouth website – featuring your businesses and offers

 Our ‘Make It Bournemouth’ website is now live! It has been designed to market the town centre to the general public, with a spotlight on your businesses. Each levy paying business has an entry on the website with the business name, address, telephone number and a link to your website (if applicable).

Do I need to do anything?

All you need to do is check your details, and email us at news@towncentrebid.co.uk if anything is incorrect or missing (e.g. if you have a website and it is not mentioned). Once the business details have been checked, we will start to promote the website to the public!

Can I use the website to promote a special offer or sale?

Yes! There is a page for town centre offers, and we’d love to fill it up and make the town centre look as tempting as possible to visit. If you are a levy payer and have an offer or sale you would like to promote on the page, please email us at news@towncentrebid.co.uk and include the following information:

• Details of the offer
• Start date
• End date
• Any T&Cs
• Image (this should be a jpeg or png of good resolution – approximately 800 x 600 px)

As there are nearly 600 businesses in town, we’d ask you to keep it to one offer per business at any one time, and for the offers to be available for minimum of 2 weeks.

We will also tweet about your offers, so you will gain further exposure, and our most recent tweets will appear on the home page of the ‘Make It Bournemouth’ website.

Our ultimate aim is to become the number one digital destination for anyone wanting to find out what’s going on in Bournemouth town centre and to help to raise the profile of your businesses online. We would love to hear your feedback.
