Local business, Koh Thai Tapas, wins Best Employer in Hospitality for the  Small Restaurant Group Category 2015

At the prestigious BEIH Awards at the Lancaster London last night the multi-award winning restaurant Group were amongst tough competition to win for the second time in 3 years and are now ranked 6th Best Employer in Hospitality in the UK.

Koh Thai Tapas cultivates a strong community spirit within the company and has spent considerable time on their staff training academy from which internal promotion is high on the Agenda and winning Best Employer 2015 proves that the Thai Tapas restaurant group commitment to their staff development and happiness is paying dividends with their employees.

The group are proud that they have been able to achieve a 94% Engagement result and that despite their remarkable growth they have retained a focus on their most important asset, their people.

Koh Thai Tapas looks forward to an Autumn of award ceremonies being finalists for both Restaurant Company of the Year in Caterer’s Eat Out Awards 2015 and Growth Business of the Year for the Dorset Business Awards 2015, for the second year in a row.
