Among the discussion points were the challenges and opportunities in the upcoming “Golden Quarter” of the year. Town centre businesses from across the sectors talked around the table about their confidence levels which, fears over the upcoming budget aside, were an average of 7.5 out of 10!
Once again the importance of focussing on customer experience was front and centre, with an observation that successful businesses need to “pivot more and pivot quick” to stay ahead of customer expectations.
