Keeping Bournemouth Looking Its Best

A clean, welcoming town centre is essential for businesses, residents and visitors alike – and during the first six months of the year, we’ve continued to make a visible difference.

Our rapid response cleaning service has removed 840 additional bags of rubbish from Bournemouth town centre streets, providing an extra level of cleanliness over and above routine council services. At the same time, our specialist graffiti removal programme has cleared 290 areas of graffiti from levy paying business premises, helping to improve the appearance of the town centre and support local businesses.

In addition we have installed and maintained 135 flower baskets throughout the town centre, following withdrawal of funding for this by the local authority. These services are part of our ongoing commitment to creating a cleaner, more welcoming Bournemouth town centre for everyone.
