Free Training: Emergency First Aid at Work

We are delighted to announce that we are offering another two opportunities for Bournemouth Town Centre BID levy payers to receive free 1 day Emergency First Aid At Work training, following the fantastic feedback for the sessions we have run in previous years.

There is a choice of 2 dates in Spring 2025.

Each will cover the following:

• Understand the roles and responsibilities of a First Aider.
• Be able to assess an incident.
• Able to assist an unresponsive casualty.
• Treat a casualty with an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
• Recognise and assist a casualty who is choking.
• Be able to assist a casualty with external bleeding.
• Treat a casualty who is in shock.
• Manage a casualty with a minor injury.
• Treat a casualty that is having a seizure.
• Treating a casualty with a burn.
• Treat a casualty having an anaphylactic shock.
