CRACKDOWN ON ANTI-SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR

by | Feb 25, 2016 | News

New plans are being drawn up to deal with the growing problem of rough sleepers and anti-social behaviour in Bournemouth Town Centre.

This was raised as a major concern for businesses at our AGM and in numerous recent discussions between BID levy payers and our new BID manager Steve Hughes.

Steve has since been to a number of meetings with the council and police and made your views very clear.

The council has agreed to take a tougher stance and the BID will provide some funding towards to the cost of greater enforcement.  Further details will be revealed in the next few weeks.

Steve said: “We will be working very closely with the council and the police over the next few months and hope you soon start to see an improvement.”

If you are experiencing problems with this issue please contact Steve@towncentrebid.co.uk , or telephone our Ranger mobile phone number 07918 280016.
