Business Events Bournemouth partnership with Bournemouth Town Centre BID

 The Bournemouth Town Centre Business Improvement District has teamed up with Business Events Bournemouth to develop an exciting new App to attract more customers to the town centre and to your business.

The App will be made available to conference delegates ahead of their visits to Bournemouth and will provide them with everything they need to know about the town centre. It will also provide your business with the opportunity to tell conference delegates what you have to offer, including the facility for discounts, special offers or voucher codes.

Steve Hughes, Town Centre BID Manager, said: “We get thousands of conference delegates to Bournemouth every year and Business Events Bournemouth is working very hard to attract even more. Most of the big conferences take place at the BIC, some of them attracting several thousand delegates for up to a week at a time.

“They are all potential customers for our bars, restaurants and shops but we have never done very much to try to get them to explore the town centre. This App will change all that but it will be up to the businesses themselves to make the most of the opportunity. With the growth in business tourism, this is a good opportunity for increased trade”.
