Bournemouth Footfall Bucking National Trends

The mild and sunny October we have had this year has had a really positive effect on town centre footfall, with October figures being the highest we have on record for this time of year, bucking the national trend.

In fact footfall has been up for most of this year, with the exception of June when we had a period of torrential rain. On average, the town centre footfall is 12% higher than the previous year, which is very encouraging news for the town.
