Bournemouth Echo ‘Supporting Local Business’ project – next stage

by | Apr 8, 2020 | News

The next phase of our initiative to promote the work of Bournemouth town centre businesses during the coronavirus crisis is being rolled out. The scheme by the Bournemouth Town Centre BID in partnership with LOCALiQ, the Daily Echo’s digital marketing solutions brand, has already focused on a range of food outlets offering takeaway and delivery services and other retailers operating just online for the moment.

The second stage to be launched next week online, in print and through social media channels, will promote other businesses in the town centre including estate agency/lettings, legal, accountancy, recruitment and finance, marketing, PR, advertising and digital media firms. This is completely free for Bournemouth Town Centre BID levy payers.

Chief Operating Officer, Paul Kinvig, said: “We are delighted to be working with our colleagues at the Daily Echo to give maximum exposure to whole range of great town centre businesses through the Echo’s digital and print platforms and our own. We have already had significant success in the first phase of the promotional initiative and we want to be as much help as we can to all those continuing to do business in these really challenging times.”

If you’d like your business to be involved, send your business name and contact details that you are happy for us to forward to the Bournemouth Echo to info@towncentrebid.co.uk

If you are a retailer or food outlet, it isn’t too late. Just send us your contact details as above and we’ll add you to the Echo promotion.
