As with all board representatives, I am driven by the desire to see Bournemouth succeed.

My experience as a Chartered Surveyor (in excess of 30 years experience dealing with primarily commercial property, including retail, shopping centres and offices) has meant I have accumulated an extensive knowledge of both the built environment and an understanding of both landlords’ and tenants’ requirements.

In addition, working in Bournemouth for in excess of 10 years has enabled me to build up local contacts, knowledge of the local market, but more importantly a direct understanding of the issues and pressures that Bournemouth is facing as a town.

I am therefore looking to bring both my experience of the built environment and local knowledge to the board.
