Levy payers in Bournemouth played a big part in colourfully celebrating the Coronation of King Charles III, with help from the Town Centre BID.
More than 400 celebration packs were distributed by the BID team and featured hand wavers, posters and bunting for displaying in shops, offices, hospitality, and leisure venues.
The initiative took place in partnership from DCMS (Dept for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport) via BCP Council
And it was hugely appreciated by the business community.
The BID’s Business Liaison Officer, Susie O’Neill said: “It was tremendous effort by levy payers across all sectors.
“They contributed to a spectacular effort for this historic and momentous occasion.”
Celine. P, Customer Care Leader at Barclays added: “Thank you very much on behalf of my team for our bunting and accessories. It certainly brightened the room.”
Brian Farley from Kortext added: “Thank you for the coronation decorations. We love them and have been enjoying using them for our office tea party. Many thanks from all of us at Kortext.”
